We collect nonpublic personal information about you that is either provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization. This can include, but is not limited to, your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Banking Information, Financial Account Numbers and/or Balances, Sources of Income, and Credit Card Numbers or Information.

We may share personal information for everyday business purposes (such as to process transactions, maintain accounts, respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus), for our own marketing, for joint marketing with other financial companies, and for our affiliates’ everyday business purposes. We do not share your information with non‑affiliated companies for their own marketing.
Wealthlynk maintains a written incident response program reasonably designed to detect, respond to, and recover from unauthorized access to or use of sensitive customer information. If sensitive customer information was, or is reasonably likely to have been, accessed or used without authorization, Wealthlynk will provide clear and conspicuous written notice to each affected individual as soon as practicable and no later than 30 calendar days after becoming aware of the incident, unless delayed for law‑enforcement or public‑safety reasons as permitted by law. Notices will describe what happened, what information was involved, steps Wealthlynk is taking, steps clients can take, and contact information, and will be delivered by an appropriate method reasonably expected to reach you.

California Residents. For California residents, breach notices will follow California Civil Code §1798.82 content and format requirements (including the headings “What Happened,” “What Information Was Involved,” “What We Are Doing,” “What You Can Do,” and “For More Information,” in at least 10‑point type). If a breach affects California residents, Wealthlynk will notify impacted individuals within 30 calendar days of discovery, unless a delay is permitted for law‑enforcement or public‑safety reasons or to determine the scope of the breach and restore the integrity of our systems. If a single incident requires notice to 500 or more California residents, Wealthlynk will submit a sample copy of the notice to the California Attorney General within 15 days of providing consumer notices.

Service Providers. All service providers with access to client information must notify Wealthlynk as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of any incident involving unauthorized access to or use of client data and must provide sufficient details for Wealthlynk to assess impact and comply with notice obligations. To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

Federal law allows you the right to limit the sharing of your NPI by “opting-out” of certain types of information sharing.
